February 6 @ 9:30 am - February 7 @ 4:30 pm
$450UBC CAWP will host a 2-day Cadwork workshop facilitated by an experience member of the Cadwork team in Montreal, Quebec.
During this 2-day event, using different construction methods (Mass Timber, Timberframe, Light Frame for Panelized and Modular Construction), you will learn the basic skills needed to carry out your projects. We will also give a sneak peak of more advanced features, such as the use of container blocks for your welded assemblies or other connections. Using Cadwork BIM functionalities, work with other trades effectively, from architectural design to HVAC
systems.
Once the model is complete, we will work on bill of material, beam optimization, panel nesting and shop drawings, ranging from basic 2D export to advanced exports, such as the Piece-by-Piece using automated dimensions. Finally, using Cadwork WebViewer, your project can be shared with clients and partners for review, to visualize the building sequence easily and much more.
